ROMEO HEART / Studies
A short taste of a curious character invented by Dario Tortorelli in 2009 for a Dansateliers (Rotterdam) event. Since then Dario has a genuine obsession with his ‘Romeo Heart’, present in most of his performative and video work.
-For this event the artist together with his assistant Judit Ruiz Onandi and by the technical support of Suet-Wan Tsang will show us an in-edit stage version of:
-Romeo Heart (post study 1)
followed by a pre study in video:
-I have lost nature (short studies for Romeo Heart)Here, self-disconnected from its origin, a body is confronted with the lost feeling of nature.
-To contribute to the development of this work special thanks to the hosts of tonight and to:WArd/waRD Ann Van den Broek, Dansateliers (Rotterdam), cc Berchem, ConnyJanssenDanst, Rodrigo Leite de Oliveira and a Lost Nature.
-These works are presented under the name of diveinD | DarioTortorelli founded in 2009.
